Bond Grief Collective Programs:

At Bond Grief Collective, we believe grief is the natural and normal response to loss of any kind. While grief is often associated with death, it can also result from divorce, relationship changes, loss of trust, health challenges, career transitions, pet loss, and many other life events.

Our programs are based on the principles of The Grief Recovery Method®, an evidence-based, action-oriented approach that helps people move beyond the pain of loss. Rather than focusing solely on talking about grief, these programs provide practical tools and guided actions designed to help participants address unresolved emotions and find greater peace.

We believe healing is possible. Healing does not mean forgetting, letting go of loved ones, or leaving memories behind. It means learning how to carry those memories with less pain and more hope.

Our Programs

Grief Recovery Program

Our signature 8-week program helps adults address unresolved grief related to death, divorce, relationship loss, life transitions, and other significant losses. Available One-on-One, Virtually & Group settings.

Rather than focusing only on talking about what you’ve been through, this program gently guides you through specific actions that lead to real emotional completion.

Helping Children with Loss

This 4-week educational program teaches parents, teachers, counselors, caregivers, and other helping professionals how to support grieving children. Participants learn practical tools to help children identify, express, and process the emotions that accompany loss. Available in both individual and group formats.

Pet Loss Recovery Program

In 6 weeks, we utilize the Grief Recovery Handbook for Pet Loss. Losing a beloved pet can be heartbreaking. This program is to help individuals process the emotions surrounding pet loss, honor the bond they shared, and find a path toward healing.

How This Is Different

This is not traditional, open-ended counseling.

Instead, this program is:

  • Short-term and structured

  • Designed with a clear beginning, middle, and end

  • Focused on results and forward movement

  • Built to help you complete emotional pain-not just manage it

You won’t be left wondering what to do next. You’ll be guided every step of the way.

Why This Work Matters

Unresolved grief doesn’t always look the way we expect.

It can show up as:

  • Feeling stuck or unable to move forward

  • Emotional overwhelm or numbness

  • Difficulty letting go of the past

  • Repeating patterns in relationships or life

  • A sense that something still feels unfinished

This program helps you understand those feelings- and gives you a clear path through them.

What Grief Really Is

Grief is the emotional response to loss.

That loss can be obvious-or not.

While many people associate grief with death, it can also come from:

  • Relationship changes or divorce

  • Trauma or past experiences

  • Loss of trust, safety, or identity

  • Life transitions or major changes

  • Dreams or expectations that didn’t turn out the way you hoped

If something still feels unresolved, it matters.

What to Expect

Over the course of the program, you’ll be supported through a thoughtful, step-by-step process that helps you:

  • Identify areas of unresolved grief

  • Understand how those experiences have impacted you

  • Work through them in a safe, guided way

  • Take meaningful steps toward emotional completion

Each session builds on the last, creating a clear and intentional path forward.

The Outcome

This work isn’t about forgetting your past or minimizing your experiences.

It’s about:

  • Feeling lighter and more at peace

  • Letting go of what’s been holding you back

  • Gaining clarity and emotional freedom

  • Being able to move forward without carrying the same weight

Who This Is For

This program is for those who are ready for something different.

If you’ve tried to move on, stay strong, or “give it time” - but still feel stuck-this may be the support you’ve been looking for.

A Different Way Forward

Healing doesn’t mean letting go of what mattered.

It means being able to carry it differently - without the pain controlling your life.

We are here to hold space, whatever that might look like for you in this season.
